ELIGIBILITY: This New York Jets 12 Days of Christmas Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open only to individuals who are permanent legal residents of the United Kingdom or Ireland, 18 years of age or older at the time/date of entry. Void outside the United Kingdom, Ireland and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of New York Jets LLC (hereafter, “Sponsor”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising & promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable laws apply. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (“Instagram”) or X Corp. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not Instagram or X Corp. The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for Prize Draw purposes.
PROMOTION PERIOD: Prize Draw starts 12:00:01 am British Summer Time (“BST”) on 13 December 2024 and ends 11:59:59 pm BST on 23 December 2024 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will be divided into nine (9) individual entry periods (each defined as an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period will begin at 12:00:01 am BST and conclude at 11:59:59 pm BST. Administrator’s database clock will be the official timekeeping device for this Prize Draw.
TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER: Entrants will have two (2) ways to participate during the Promotion Period:
All Entries become property of Sponsor & will not be returned. Entrants may participate in the Prize Draw via their mobile device and/or computer. Data rates apply to entrants who submit or participate via a wireless mobile device.
Entries must be received on the date for the applicable Entry Period (as noted below) to be entered into the drawing for that Entry Period. Limit one (1) Entry per X username and one (1) Entry per Instagram handle per Entry Period. If an entrant submits more than one (1) Entry in X or Instagram during any given Entry Period, then all additional Entries received after the first for that given Entry Period will be void. Any attempt to use multiple names/accounts/handles or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit may result in the disqualification of the Entry by the Sponsor from the Prize Draw and all associated Entries will be void. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of Entry) to enter the Prize Draw is prohibited and any Entry through such means, and any associated Entries that are deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the X username or Instagram handle submitted, Entry will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the X username or Instagram handle from which said Entry was submitted provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules.
Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered posts, reposts, comments, mentions, follow requests, direct messages or Entries, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Sweeps Data (defined below), defect/delay in transmission or communication, including, but not limited to, recording failures, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service leveraged to create an entry, whether due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, recording/filming systems, electronic equipment, computer hardware or software failures, inaccurate entry information, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, acts of God or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Prize Draw, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw, the processing of direct messages, comments, posts, reposts, mentions or Entries, the announcement of a prize, for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Prize Draw, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, in any Prize Draw advertisements or other Prize Draw-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or follow requests of entrants and disqualify such entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Prize Draw and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries are permitted and any entries received by such means will be void.
DRAWINGS/ODDS: For each Entry Period listed below, one (1) potential prize winner will be selected in an individual random drawing on/about 27 December 2024 from among all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period (for a total of nine (9) winners). Non-winning Entries from one (1) drawing will not carry forward to subsequent drawings. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw. Potential winners will be notified via a reply comment and/or direct message. All notifications will be sent through the @newyorkjetsinuk (Instagram) or @nyjetsinukandie (X) and the potential winner must claim his/her prize within three (3) business days of the date of notification and provide his/her mailing address and other contact information or potential winner will be disqualified and prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning any drawing will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each applicable Entry Period. Sponsor shall have the right to announce the winners on its social feeds, in its sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded to the person that is the authorized account holder of the Instagram or X account from which a winning Entry was submitted, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
PRIZE DETAILS: Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unused or lost gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged. Other than the details of the prize outlined above, Released Parties have no additional obligations or commitments to winner in connection with this Prize Draw. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Terms, conditions and restrictions on gift card and membership may apply, as designated by issuer. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, are at winner’s sole responsibility. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Merchandise is not game worn or used. Actual value of autographed merchandise is subject to market fluctuations. Limit one (1) prize per person, immediate family member. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Prize Draw: £959.97.
PRIVACY: Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Prize Draw or on a Prize Draw winner’s list. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s irrevocable permission for Released Parties, each of their respective agents, successors and assigns or other designees to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statement, opinions, username, social profile, biographical information, prize and/or region/city/country of residence for advertising and promotional and publicity purposes in any and all media or format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any permission, notification, payment or consideration, except for the awarding of a prize to a winner.
MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) will be permitted, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability or other causes otherwise determined solely by Sponsor, and then for a prize (or applicable portion) of equal or greater value. If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner does not respond to the prize notification by the applicable response deadline, or the prize is declined for any reason whatsoever, potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from all entries received for the applicable Entry Period. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s email, X or Instagram account to receive messages. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Released Parties and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents, and the franchisees of any of them shall have no liability and entrant will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind (including attorney’s fees) to any person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of: (i) entrant’s participation/entry into the Prize Draw; (ii) any materials he or she may submit in connection herewith; or (iii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any activities associated with the Prize Draw or any prize awarded in connection herewith; (iv) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Prize Draw activity and/or prize. Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any way, and nor shall their liability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Prize Draw, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Prize Draw and to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Prize Draw (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Prize Draw and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winners via a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Prize Draw by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Prize Draw by any party, or any federal, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw or prizes. Sponsor additionally reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Prize Draw; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner. Wherever these Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Released Party that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations under these Official Rules, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith. CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and the applicable Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the county and municipal courts of England. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Prize Draw-related materials, and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

The winner’s surname and county where applicable will be available until 28 February 2025. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, are at winner’s sole responsibility. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Merchandise is not game worn or used. Actual value of autographed merchandise is subject to market fluctuations. Limit one (1) prize per person, immediate family member. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Prize Draw: £959.97.
PRIVACY: Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Prize Draw or on a Prize Draw winner’s list. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s irrevocable permission for Released Parties, each of their respective agents, successors and assigns or other designees to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statement, opinions, username, social profile, biographical information, prize and/or region/city/country of residence for advertising and promotional and publicity purposes in any and all media or format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any permission, notification, payment or consideration, except for the awarding of a prize to a winner.
MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) will be permitted, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability or other causes otherwise determined solely by Sponsor, and then for a prize (or applicable portion) of equal or greater value. If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner does not respond to the prize notification by the applicable response deadline, or the prize is declined for any reason whatsoever, potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from all entries received for the applicable Entry Period. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s email, X or Instagram account to receive messages. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Released Parties and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents, and the franchisees of any of them shall have no liability and entrant will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind (including attorney’s fees) to any person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of: (i) entrant’s participation/entry into the Prize Draw; (ii) any materials he or she may submit in connection herewith; or (iii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any activities associated with the Prize Draw or any prize awarded in connection herewith; (iv) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Prize Draw activity and/or prize. Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any way, and nor shall their liability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Prize Draw, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Prize Draw and to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Prize Draw (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Prize Draw and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winners via a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Prize Draw by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Prize Draw by any party, or any federal, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw or prizes. Sponsor additionally reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Prize Draw; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner. Wherever these Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Released Party that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations under these Official Rules, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith. CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and the applicable Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the county and municipal courts of England. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Prize Draw-related materials, and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
